How to protect myself

 The combination of reduced exposure and strengthened health/internal energy reduces the risk of destructive impact from electrosmog.
Reduced exposure:

  • Reduce the number of radiation sources, and keep them at a distance.

  • Be aware of how You use Your devices (radiation sources), and listen to the body's signals. It's easy to become addicted. Easy ex: Wired instead of wireless. + Use a "touch pen" (instead of Your finger) to avoid transmission into Your skin.

  • Do not use "Airpods" or Bluetooth near the head. Source 2

  • Do not buy products that are "smart" or 5G custom (or turn them off as often as possible if you have them at home already). Such products attract 5G rays.

  • Solar cells: Don't include "optimizers" in the panels since they create dirty electricity. And nowadays we have "smart" panels as well (= radiation) so choose unsmart. + Put filters between panels and home grid.

  • Have a lot of plants at home, and if necessary also ionizing products (appliances, Himalayan salt lamps etc.).

  • Coconut oil is generally beneficial and soothing for your skin. Raspberry seed oil has a good radiation protection factor.

  • Spend time with/in nature and ground Yourselves.

  • Apply the Precautionary Principle!  (ex: Use "airplane mode" often) 

Protection from within:

Even if you follow the advice above, it is difficult to protect yourself to 100%. But there is an extra protection: Your own energy field. If you strengthen yourself from the inside out and live healthy, you reduce the damage caused by electrosmog.

  • Your physical body: Listen to what your body needs. Eat well (i.e. Ayurveda and anti-inflammatory). Exercise. But beware that exercise & food use oxygen that may be low in body due to elsmog.

  • Your mental body: Yoga balances you, which is important.
    Meditation calms, strengthens and guides. Have a positive* and easy-going attitude to life, and invite happiness. Practicing gratitude and forgiveness. All this (together with a good night sleep) raises your vibration and strengthens your energy field.   #5Gor5D
