Law
When a small part of society develops abnormally quickly, the rest of society does not come into play (politicians take quick decisions based on lobbyism, authorities do not have time or sufficient laws and other tools to protect citizens). The telecom industry is a clear example.
But even if there sometimes are no specific rules / laws for new products & services, there is overall/general protection for us (see "Laws, conventions" below).
5G (both the
technology and the way it is now introduced) violates several
international conventions, the EU Resolution 1815 and national laws.
In addition, the telecom industry (at a hearing
in February 2019) recognized that 5G is not safety-tested for the
environment and health. The fundamental exposure and impact can be compared to geoengineering (that is actually suggested as a climate action).
More reasons
to stop 5G.
It is important to
understand the meaning of electrosmog and 5G before making decisive
decisions (affecting all of life). One should also consider social,
mental and spiritual influences.
These considerations
are urgent as 5G has been introduced in many cities around the world. People are protesting in several countries, and in some regions / municipalities
politicians have turned down 5G.
And an international Tribunal found (dec 2020) several major players guilty of breaking Natural & Common Law as well as other laws below.
Another good example: Extracts from the Grounds of Appeal - Action Against 5g. (June 2022)

Laws, conventions etc:
The Rome Statue is above most conventions and laws.
The Contract law is also useful.
